Abstract


There are many theoretical achievements of Marx and Engels , the founders of Marxism , but one of the most important achievements of socialism from utopian to scientific . Scientific development is not only the proper meaning of Marxism , and Marxism . Marx and Engels, although not explicitly put forward the concept of scientific development concept , but its scientific development ideology but throughout the theoretical system of Marxism . Since the 16th CPC National Congress , the central collective leadership with Hu Jintao as general secretary of the proposed people-oriented , comprehensive, coordinated and integrated, harmonious society and building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society , to achieve the all-round development and economic and social sustainable and good the rapid development of the scientific concept of development , called the inheritance and development of scientific development ideology of Marx and Engels . Scientific Development Thought of Marx and Engels , not only conducive to deepen the study of Marxist theory , but also conducive to profound interpretation and comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development , an important theoretical significance and practical value . This paper attempts to compensate for this shortcoming , development is first defined point of view and people-oriented theory from Marx and Engels , Marx and Engels' view about an integrated and comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the theory , the historical limitations of the scientific development ideas of Marx and Engels and contemporary value aspects , to make more in-depth system theory analysis .
