Abstract


Based on the new public service theory research and related postal integrated service platform , this paper presents a preliminary postal comprehensive social services concept. Postal Service refers to the use of social Comprehensive postal network and network resources with numerous outreach unit to work , to provide basic non- postal services, through the integration of capital flow, information flow, logistics, postal unique comprehensive advantages , making postal services become enterprise carrier, to provide customers with higher quality of service , and have a better competitive edge ; providing citizens with richer types of business to meet citizens' survival , life and development of a direct demand to benefit from or enjoy . This article is based on research results and learn from practical experience , combined with the Henan Post institutional background and market environment , the use of supply chain management, logistics management theory and cutting-edge information technology (IT services ) , the use of empirical research methods, Henan Post building community integrated service platform a more systematic study . First, the paper discusses the integrated service platform of the Postal social basic theoretical issues , including new public service theory , the concept of social services , postal services, meaning social integration , etc. ; Secondly, through the Henan Post building community integrated service platform needs analysis SWOT analysis and proposed to strengthen the focus on infrastructure , joining outlets, delivery networks, information technology platform four core aspects of the building ; again, Henan postal community integrated service platform four core aspects of building the construction of ideas , countermeasures and suggestions ; Finally, Henan postal service platform for the rural market construction application examples illustrate Henan postal service platform in the construction of society has made some practical effect of building the platform for the future to provide a realistic basis .
