In recent years, Shandong province make the Olympic Games strategy for the supreme goal, Centering on implementing the "Olympic proud plan", the athletics business received a fast fierce shape. Shandong province is a big province of our country, plays a very important role of our country’s all aspects .At the same time it make a very important contribution for our country’s athletics .Develop the post graduate education of sports ,is the further implementation of the strategy of science and education for Lu and talent province strategy ,accelerate the building of our province’s economic and cultural province ,is important economic and cultural development in our province move .In the training ,with the largest scale, transport a large number of high level of athletic talent for our country’s athletics ,play an important role for the development of country’s athletics.On the basis of above situation, the author of the present paper surveys the training condition of postgraduates majoring in physical education and training in the universities of Shandong province. Based on the investigation of all aspects of postgraduate training in the analysis of the problems, understanding from all aspects of the current course of graduate education shortcomings, to find effective solutions and counter measures.It will provide a reference for the physical education and training training and education of graduate students of Shandong Province, at the same time to promote the development process of Innovative projects of post graduate education".This research through methods literature material, questionnaire survey procedure and so on to mathematical method of average recruited the sports education and training study specialized graduate student’s raise goal, the curriculum, the period of schooling, teacher to Shandong Province 8 the troop, the supervisory mechanism and so on to conduct the research, the findings had indicated:1.
