Abstract


This study combines volleyball teaching characteristics and volleyball growing trend, the use of literature, mathematical statistics, and the main factor survey by the Beijing Sports University volleyball special undergraduates as well as volleyball teachers to explore the formation of teaching ability, and In response to these factors, from the basic quality of the students and teachers, curriculum and other aspects put forward some constructive advice improve volleyball the special undergraduate teaching ability. Concluded in the study are as follows: the main factor to affect the Beijing Sports University volleyball the special undergraduate teaching ability into student factors, teacher factors, curriculum factors, environmental factors. Students factors include volleyball skills of the students, the level of knowledge, self-awareness, motivation; the teacher factors including the the Volleyball teachers teaching ability, professional level of theoretical knowledge, technical and tactical, professional ethics, personal charm; the curriculum factors including volleyball education internship course objectives, course content, hours allocated special assessment; environmental factors, including the the volleyball teaching environment and conditions, extracurricular practice opportunities, special employment prospects. The main features of these main factors: 1. Volleyball Coaches work, students in physical education and sports training Specialized Volleyball utilization of expertise are needed to improve the formulation of contest organization and presentation of research work, teaching and training documents, athletes of mental training, tactical training, tactical teaching; physical education majors in the need to strengthen the technical and tactical ability playing field awareness, mental ability, spiking, serving, the volleyball defensive and offensive tactics, sports training professional students need to be strengthened of mental ability, blocking, mat ball, volleyball defensive and offensive tactics, general physical fitness; Volleyball special students' self-awareness; most students have a good motivation. Volleyball teachers teaching ability, teaching methods need to be innovative; Volleyball teachers tactical level higher, but some teachers' professional knowledge to be further improved; the Volleyball teachers mostly have a good work ethic and charisma. Current educational practice time basically meet the needs of the students, the need to improve teaching physical education and athletic training students Specialized Volleyball innovation capability, teaching adaptability, the ability of instructional design, classroom organizational skills, teaching evaluation capacity; Volleyball special curriculum goals set more reasonable; the the volleyball teaching content and special training class basically meet the needs of students, but not satisfied for the theory lesson lessons; Volleyball special assessment basic reaction to the real level of the students, but the evaluation system to be further improved; teachings exam can effectively improve student teaching ability. 4. Volleyball atmosphere of the school is not enough strong; need to further improve the the volleyball venue with the equipment and facilities; volleyball extracurricular fewer practice opportunities can not meet the needs of the students; Volleyball special employment outlook is not optimistic, but most students are able to actively respond.
