Abstract

Respondents believe the technical and tactical, physical fitness and leisure time are the main factors restricting individuals to participate in the Beijing Enterprise volleyball . The Beijing Enterprises volleyball team training venue better quality, but the quantity is less than normal , is not conducive to a more more enterprises volleyball . 4 Most of the enterprises volleyball team staff mobility is relatively large , enterprise organization and management of the team is more loosely , the few interactive contact between the various corporate teams , volleyball entertainment features are not fully reflected .
