Abstract

Golf full swing as the most basic actions golf, scientific rationalization of this action is to provide a theoretical basis and guidance for training and teaching. In this study, using a combination of surface electromyography and kinematics wood, 4-iron, 7-iron, and P rod rod 9 high level men's professional coaches full swing muscles iEMG trend comparative analysis, full swing muscles operating characteristic differences, the muscle discharge timing and intervals and an instant hit EMG RMS and Maximum RMS peak. Results: (1) Full Swing No. 1 wood, 7-iron muscles work characteristics have significant differences, Full Swing 4-iron, 7-iron muscles closest to the operating characteristic. (2) full-swing mainly hard muscle right pectoralis major, latissimus dorsi muscle on the right, the left triceps, trapezius on beam the left, the left side of the rectus abdominis, erector spinae left and right side, left and right flanks external oblique muscle, right side of the gluteus maximus, the left rectus femoris, left and right side of the biceps femoris. (3) full swing the left triceps discharge first, followed by the left ventrolateral oblique muscle; mobilize discharge to participate in the final on the left trapezius beam with waving for. (4) Full Swing wood than Full Swing 7 iron to complete the action for a long time. (5) full swing the longest left triceps main force, followed by the left ventrolateral oblique muscle; left rectus abdominis, left gluteus maximus, the left biceps femoris No. 1 wood rod, 7 iron full swing main force shorter. The percentage of major hard muscle work time are inconsistent, the biggest difference is the left triceps, left medial gastrocnemius, the smallest for the left gluteus maximus, the left femoral triceps. (6) each muscle Full Swing RMS peak time point differences between the individual large full swing instant hit all the muscles failed to meet their own RMS peak. (7) Full Swing wood the amount of muscle discharge largest the Full Swing P rod muscle discharge amount of the lowest, the left triceps highest contribution rate full swing, the left gluteus maximus full swing contribution rate minimum. Conclusions: (1) on the 4th, the 7th and P rod three hardcore muscles more consistent operating characteristics in full swing, but with quite different wood. Tip: should practice making full swing woods and irons distinction of No. 1 exercise, pay attention to the club type of forced characteristic differences caused the balanced development of technical movements. (2) The results suggest that: full golf swing practice teaching should be noted that in accordance with the the Timing law of the various links in the kinetic chain, that on the rod stage with a shoulder or arm, shoulder strap hip, under lever stage in the lower extremities led torso, trunk driven by the timing characteristics of the upper limb, in order to achieve the purpose of technology full swing. (3) full swing showed maximum muscle force moment appear later than the hitting time characteristics, suggesting that the practitioners of golf in full swing batter should pay attention to the stage continued throughout the next lever force accelerated, and should strike specification complete with swing stage action after the ball, the formation of the correct muscles feel and dynamic stereotype.
