MG29 protein is a transmembrane protein of the newly discovered mechanism for the regulation of calcium, the study found that the MG29 protein in the aging rat skeletal muscle reduced by about 50% compared with normal young rats. Was the normal young mouse the MG29 protein gene knockout and MG29 missing young rat skeletal muscle appears similar to the characteristics of aging rats. (2) 60% of the maximum load intermittent load running exercise on aging skeletal muscle may be inappropriate motor stimulation, but to make due to the intensity movement MG29 protein in rats reduced the contractile function of skeletal muscle weakening, and The relative radical levels in skeletal muscle, a large number of lipofuscin accumulation.
