Abstract


In the knowledge economy has begun today, competition in comprehensive national strength is essentially talent competition. As a necessary means of human resource development, adult education has social transmission of a large number of highly qualified professionals, to become an important force in promoting economic development and social progress. However, ups and downs in recent years, the development of adult education in China is facing an unprecedented crisis of credibility and survival crisis. How adult education out of the woods, out of the crisis, the key is still in its own transformation or change. Teaching both the main part of the education is the central link. Now only update teaching philosophy, deepen the reform of adult education, and constantly improve the quality of teaching is the bottleneck in the development of breakthroughs in adult education, find a way out of the key. Blended learning is the latest trends in the current international education development, with the return of the reflection of network learning and traditional classroom teaching and is concerned about the concept of a learning and learning strategies. The hybrid teaching combines the advantages of online learning and traditional classroom teaching, \kind of a new way of teaching. Moment, how to take advantage of Hybrid Learning Strategies in Adult Education Teaching Reform and improve the quality of teaching, and has become one of the hot spots of the current adult education teaching and research. Hybrid teaching as the organic integration of traditional classroom teaching and network learning, integrated use of different theories of learning, teaching different techniques and different applications to implement a strategy. The hybrid teaching can effectively reduce the cost of purely traditional teaching, but also to break through the limitations of the simple network learning, improve teaching effect, highlighting the perfect combination of teacher-led and student body, the innovation of traditional teaching and learning beyond the network. Blended learning emphasizes the use of appropriate methods and technologies at the right time to achieve the best learning results.
