Abstract


Education is a colossal major issues , the priority development of education has always been the party and the national long-term advocate and adhere to the basic national policy. To give priority to the development of education , the most important thing is to ensure that investment in education . Liaoning Province is the largest province of higher education , is to build higher province forward. To complete this process , to ensure investment in higher education is particularly important. Based on the literature review and the related concepts of investment in higher education , nature , characteristics and constitute an interpretation based on the investment in higher education in the process of selecting teachers, materials and funds these three indicators , from four aspects of Liaoning Province Higher investment in a systematic , in-depth analysis and research. First, review the course of development of higher education in Liaoning Province , analyzes investment situation ; Second, with the Liaoning Provincial Higher relatively developed Jiangsu Province, Hubei Province and Shaanxi Province Investment in higher education were compared . Third, Liaoning Province subordinates, provincial and municipal investments in ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to conduct comparative research ; Fourth, Liaoning Province 43 regular undergraduate institutions run by public and private investment in comparative research . Through analysis and comparison study found : Liaoning Higher relative lack of investment in the presence of government investment ; provincial universities investment is relatively insufficient ; Private Higher strength is relatively weak , and the relatively slow development of higher vocational education and other issues . To solve these problems , we propose : To further strengthen government investment, optimize investment structure ; strive to improve on the amount of investment in provincial universities , and promote the development of provincial universities ; actively fostering the development of private colleges and universities ; expand investment channels such as higher education advice and countermeasures. In order to promote higher education in Liaoning Province to enhance the overall level .
