Abstract


Educational practice is an important part of the pre-service teacher education is an important source of student teachers' practical knowledge , a special set of comprehensive and practical in one of the required courses . The education the many internships mode , in Free Normal policy driven , internship support education practice has increasingly become the mainstream model of educational practice . However , in the post teaching support education in the internship process , due to the internship locations scattered number of interns and other reasons , there are ineffective teachers guidance , teachers and students , life and poor communication , teaching resources shared difficulties and evaluate scientific issues such as internships . In recent years , the information technology education increasing all attention and acceptance, the advantages of information technology in interpersonal communication, resource sharing , automated management to meet the needs of the development of education . I believe that , to borrow the means of information technology to build a post teaching support education the internship online support system , you can solve many problems in the internship process . In this study, based on analysis of the literature on educational practice the post teaching support education internships , online support system concept and its research status survey Analysis on Present Situation of the Dinggang support teaching internship and construct an online support system feasibility and necessary , Dinggang support teaching internship online support system model and design to develop a post teaching support teaching internship online support system , the Youyang support teaching team applications , through case analysis , questionnaires , interviews and other ways , visits and analysis of the system application effect . Studies have shown that the system of to support Dinggang support education internship process smooth , improve the post teaching support education internship performance play a larger utility , especially intern information exchange , resource sharing , evaluation space for reflection , for the instructor management supervision and evaluation platform. This post teaching internship to support education reform in Normal Colleges provide a new way of thinking , it better to carry out a post teaching support teaching internship prospective teachers, professional development , while also helping to lay the foundation .
