Abstract


In China's rural junior high school, some teachers can better cope with work pressure and extreme psychological reactions, and with a high level of pressure for a long time to experience more progress - further failure of the attitudes, feelings and behavior. These are the performance of teacher burnout. The teacher burnout of teachers and students will have a severe negative impact. And junior high school education in rural areas is an important part of China's basic education. For this part of the teacher burnout research, on the one hand, to deepen our teacher burnout research, while on the other hand, can prevent and alleviate rural junior high school teachers burnout, it relates to the rural junior high school education in sustainable development and building a harmonious social goals. This study conducted in-depth investigation in reference to the large number of documents and enter Liangping County, Chongqing, four junior high schools in rural areas in-depth interviews and case analysis on the basis of performance and harm the rural junior high school teacher burnout; rural junior high school teachers Burnout depth discussion; with reality, to solve the problem of rural junior high school teacher burnout and the coping strategies. The article consists of the following four parts: The first part, Introduction: Questions the Teacher Burnout definition of the concept, at home and abroad Teacher Burnout Research to sort out the purpose of the present study, the significance and research methods and steps. The second part, the performance of rural junior high school teacher burnout and harm: I enter Liangping County, Chongqing, four rural junior high school (junior high school Shuanggui, west of the city junior high school, Yunlong secondary school, back to Dragon) on the part of the teachers in-depth interviews, so as to arrive mainly of rural junior high school teacher burnout and individuals, students, and schools and other hazards. Third part of the analysis of rural junior middle school teachers Burnout: caused by external factors, including the impact of social change, external expectations, school management, student-level and role stress source of rural junior high school teacher burnout, The internal factors include the impact of changes of personality factors and personal life. The fourth part of the coping strategies of rural junior high school teacher burnout: society, schools, vocational and personal aspects of rural junior high school teacher burnout to find countermeasures to help teachers to alleviate burnout.
