Abstract


Each line of each row have the nature of its work , and its staff to achieve its mandate , shall have some role characteristics . From the preschool teachers survive the reality of the situation of its concern faced embarrassment and confusion , but also from the occupational characteristics of preschool teachers and kindergarten teachers development thinking , this study Chongqing area related to early childhood education through self questionnaire survey two groups : preschool teachers , child care parents , the principal role of preschool teachers expectations. The purpose of the study , in the understanding of an ideal preschool teachers should have the kind of characteristics , preschool groups expect the role of early childhood teachers characteristics . The face of the the multiple rapid development of social , preschool teachers need to upgrade their professional ability to adapt to the social role expectations . The study found that preschool groups of the ideal preschool teachers should have the characteristics of female characters more to look forward to , the character traits patience is the expectations of the vast majority of respondents expect more than Regarding vocational skills 80 % of respondents believe that \In order to enhance the education of our children , it is recommended that the professional training of preschool teachers should cultivate the personality characteristics of the patient , and that story skills training in the four skills , the most favored . Therefore , called for the charge of early childhood education departments should actively promote early childhood teacher characteristics that we expect to get better development of the early childhood education career .
