Abstract


This article is based on the basis of preliminary research , with the theory and practice of the subject of the project results combined with literature research , quantitative research student satisfaction . Taking into account the higher education process , gradually upgrade of the status of the student body , as well as teaching objectives and content of student , from the teachers and students psychological contract angle perspective student satisfaction . The text mainly around the main content of the psychological contract of teachers and students , the dimension structure and affect the mechanism commenced , and on this basis to explore the coping strategies of student satisfaction . The study of this article is organized as follows: First , through a review of the literature , finishing the psychological contract research and student satisfaction , especially the content of the psychological contract , dimensions and student satisfaction measure , as teachers and students psychological contract the theoretical basis for research and student satisfaction degree . And teachers and students psychological contract research subject definition and analysis , clearly the object of this paper . Secondly , on the basis of reference in the literature , empirical research and mathematical statistics - based verification of the hypothesis . Borrow the the preliminary questionnaire design content , and to determine the responsibility of teachers and students psychological contract fulfillment and student satisfaction and student learning behavior questionnaire ; experimental study , follow-up study by the design of the experimental group and the control group , a collection of empirical research data ; borrow T inspection and regression analysis , clear pathway of teachers' performance on student satisfaction and student learning behavior , and play pathways mediating effect of student satisfaction . Finally, according to the data analysis results, the complete validation of the hypothesis . Prove clear the responsibility of the psychological contract teachers positive influence on the behavior of student satisfaction and teacher performance , as well as teachers' performance a positive impact on student satisfaction and student learning behavior , clear the psychological contract of teachers and students the importance of student satisfaction grasp the enhance student satisfaction core essence .
