Abstract


Archives information construction in today's world of information technology in-depth product development context , is an important part of the e-government construction . Have not fixed due to the method of construction of the relevant files, information , focus , content , order , and academia are not uniform understanding of the practice field, there are also many differences , so as to solve the archives information construction in the face of difficult solve the bottleneck problem , I think , should -government perspective , the reasonable definition file of information technology , led by the Administrative ideas based on actual archival work to examine the economic and social development and the environment , at the same time concerned about the application of the effectiveness the division of work between the management body, the main building and the application of the main task to clear both from the file information and file entity relative focus on the point of view of information , discuss the concept of the application 's main involvement file information construction , archives information construction involves institutional mechanisms and business process remodeling the file information resources development and utilization of the file of information technology software and hardware facilities , file information related to the standard system , the file information related to the legal system building proposed facing institutional archives information construction mechanisms , resource integration , capital investment, and remotely exploitable obstacle factors , recent file information construction organization system should be used , the sharing of resources , capital and technology held , remote access and utilization solutions .
