Abstract

With the building of the acceleration of the process of a harmonious society, vulnerable groups became the focus on the object of our government to protect the interests of vulnerable groups, is a manifestation of the essence of building a harmonious society. For the current poor status of the cultural life of the vulnerable groups, public libraries have the responsibility and obligation of a force to improve the cultural life of the vulnerable groups, the protection of cultural rights and interests of vulnerable groups, building a harmonious society. This paper studies the basic status quo of China's public library services for disadvantaged groups, analysis of Public Library services for vulnerable groups to achieve results and the existing problems on the basis of a lot of literature research and field surveys, analysis Public Library of factors impede disadvantaged groups, and proposed countermeasures of our public library services for disadvantaged groups.
