Abstract


Open Access (Open Access) - is an open access journal, is a formal academic communication channels, it can through the network to any readers provide free academic content. The most important prerequisite for open access by controlling the quality of the research results to better stimulate creativity and promote the development of new knowledge. From the four parts of management journals open access publishing. (1) The academic definition of the relevant terminology and professional judgment, elaborating on the different modes in the open access journal. And some developed countries in Europe and America, the generation and development of the open access journal overview of the status, trends. This part is the open access key factors summarized the theoretical basis for the establishment of the evaluation criteria for the next part of the open access status quo.
