Abstract

With data storage capacity is increasing , people have higher demand on the microcontroller 's memory capacity . But the memory of the microcontroller is limited , can not meet the demand for high-capacity data storage . The system to complete the storage of the operating parameter of the motor , so the data storage capacity is relatively large due to the need of the value of the continuous storage of motor parameters . Microcontroller built-in Flash memory storage capacity has been unable to meet our needs . For long continuous record of the parameters of the motor running , I used two methods . The first method : the data stored in the external Nandflash , external Nandflash extended data storage capacity . For data storage , I have chosen here STM32F103VC as the master chip , this MCU with FSMC ( flexible static memory controller ) , dedicated pin of the master chip FSMC directly connected to the external Nandflash both convenient and extended data storage capacity. The master chip FSMC external Nandflash read / write operation , the erase operation. The second method : the data is stored to the SD card , the master chip communicates via SPI and SD card . SD card data storage format is FAT32 file system . SD operation , I have completed the following features : create the directory / file in the root directory ; create a multi-directory in the root directory ; create files in the root directory of the multi-layered directory ; append data to the specified file ; the directory / deletion of files ; directory / file in accordance with the different requirements list , such as chronological list ; used in the test is 128M SD card . In order to simulate the process of data storage , I have a PC interface written in VC 6.0 . The function of this interface is used to test , it can be the parameters of the motor via the CAN sent to the data buffer of the master chip . Then operate on the data in the data buffer .
