Abstract


Lean Production (Lean Productio) originated in Japan's Toyota , is the world 's most recognized revolutionary production management and organization, known as the human historical process of industrialization first three milestones. Its core idea is to save resources, reduce waste, reduce costs , the establishment of an efficient and flexible production systems. Dongfeng Honda is a Sino-Japanese joint venture ( Dongfeng and Honda 50-50 ) automobile manufacturers. In order to cope with the increasingly competitive market environment, the company has taken various departments of the fruitful facilities strategy ( including in the manufacturing sector to vigorously promote lean production ) . Welding process as the first automobile manufacturing processes for improving product quality, reduce production costs, improve production efficiency plays a crucial role. This paper presents the background and significance , as well as in domestic applications and problems . Secondly Dongfeng Honda introduced the current production welding shop management situation and existing problems , and as a basis to analyze the welding shop to carry out the necessity and significance of lean production . Subsequently article used the SWOT analysis to identify the welding shop Lean Production the strengths , weaknesses , opportunities and challenges , identified the implementation of lean production the basic ideas, goals and principles. Secondly elaborated production team how to apply the \. In the last article summarizes the welding shop to implement lean manufacturing experience and inadequate , and proposed future in-depth implementation of lean manufacturing efforts should be made in the direction and the measures taken to achieve continuous improvement , continuous improvement purposes.
