Abstract


Traditional microcontroller based processing system of the sewage pumping station anti-jamming capability , data acquisition instability , error-prone system , the need to manage the personnel at the scene debugging , unable to timely and accurate knowledge of the operational status of the sewage pumping station . Relay control system , the degree of intelligence is not high , can not guarantee the timely and reliable pumping station run . In this paper, the performance and handling of the sewage pumping station management requirements , the use of programmable logic controller (PLC) to improve the management efficiency of the sewage pumping station , running ability ; reduce the cost of human resources , reduce human error ; improve system reliability , safety control system makes the entire sewage pumping station to run a safe , stable , reliable , and easy maintenance adjustment . This article is based on a large property companies in Daqing sewage pumping station remote automated transformation for background . The remote terminal SIEMENS S7-200 series small PLC, industrial PC as the main host computer from a point-to-multipoint monitoring network . Industrial PC installed in the sewage terminus of the central control room , the next crew PLC installed in the pumping station , at the same time as a node in the pump system , listen to the host computer command control , collection of local water level data , through the installation of smart machinery the arm pump automation start to control the water level . Industry too Netcom communication port and wireless communication module data communication with the central control room in each pumping station , sub- pumping stations unattended , automatic control functions .
