Abstract


Cultural industries as a new sunrise industry in the economic development of countries that have an increasingly important role . China, as a big country cultural resources , cultural industry development is relatively slow . With China's accession to WTO, the openness of the domestic cultural market deepening development of China's cultural industry to gradually increase the pressure , then the safety of China's cultural industry at this time what effect would it ? Article first summarizes the cultural industries and opening up Cultural Industry research safety and outcomes , impact analysis of the cultural industry cultural industry safety opening mechanism . Then , in-depth analysis of the opening up of China's cultural industry and cultural industry security situation, in this based on the relationship between the empirical and case studies .
