Abstract


Gelaohui development of China's modern history is one of the three gang , in modern times , Gelaohui in Sichuan has made great progress , called \Paoge modern history of the development in Sichuan , \National Government and the Chinese Communist both sides around the Paoge this \grassroots power , allowing the development of more Paoge flooding ; CPC for Paoge the nature and characteristics of the different historical periods , different policies and measures , received the expected results, and to ultimately abolishing Gelaohui laid a solid foundation. In recent years , scholars of the four institutes will get old Chuange yielded fruitful results , but from the perspective of the CCP policy study launched in Sichuan Paoge only scattered among some treatises , and there is no specific research works published. This paper attempts to Nakagawa unified front to the founding of New China Chinese Communist Gelaohui policy change case investigation and combing , further illustrate the CCP Gelaohui policy and its transition rules , as well as Paoge process of historical development the positive and negative effects , thus Gelaohui CCP's policies dialectical evaluation .
