Abstract


In the current context of the times highly integrated society and technology , the breakthrough of the agricultural and rural economy development, we must promote the construction of rural grassroots party members and cadres of modern distance education . Party members and cadres of modern distance education is generally carried out in rural areas throughout the country , is an important measure of the use of agricultural information technology to promote agricultural modernization , but also do a good job in the construction of modern distance education is the key to achieve the goal of a comprehensive well-off society in rural areas . Zhenhai, Ningbo, rural grassroots party members and cadres of modern distance education system is the main content of this paper , data analysis and countermeasures on the basis of a survey of the status of distance education Zhenhai over the majority of the rural grass-roots party members and cadres and the masses .
