Abstract


The mobile internet, as a new generation of information technology, is entering a stage of development with accelerating transformation and innovation. The mobile internet, with ubiquitous network access, personalization features and the combination of the internet, made the business form and terminal form of revolutionary changed. With the comprehensive building of 3G networks, a variety of intelligent terminal have also emerged, and with the driving of the intelligent terminals, the information technology applications are emerging, such as mobile payment, mobile office and the remote control by mobile phones and so on. These applications are changing people’s lives, and are taking a profound affect on the development of economic society.Firstly, this paper researched and analysed the current situation of development of mobile applications and explained the importance of user interface design of mobile phones. Then it introduced Java ME platform. After elaborating the based architecture and UI design of Symbian, Android and Java ME platforms, it analysed the main features and the platform character of each system, at the same time, it did a detailed demand analysis of the job hunting system for helping the migrant workers. It chose the Java ME as the development platform after analyzing the three platforms and next it designed and implemented every function model of the system in detail. After the implement of system was introduced, the paper mentioned system testing of functions and performance, and looked forward the next step of work.This paper, based on the study and analysis of the several major platforms of the current domestic mobile phone market, introduced the design and implement of the job hunting system for helping the migrant workers. The system met the needs of these users to some extent and could be expanded by increasing the number of the users which promotes the generation of the new service. Furthermore, the design method of this system will provide important references for mobile application and promote the development of mobile application in mobile and low-cost way.
