Influences of Different Health Status on the Clinical Laboratory Paramaters and Their Correlations with the HLA-DQB1

Abstract


Objective: To explore the influences of different health status on the clinical laboratory paramaters through investigating general health status of different population, and the correlation between the allelomorphic genes of HLA-DQB1 and different health status, to find the influences of different health status and the differences of individuality on the development process of disease.Methods:1.Thirty--two occupations (fourteen drivers and eighteen nurses) and thirty-six athletes were selected respectively as the observation group, thirty--three normal healthy population were selected randomly as the control group; Twenty-six high school students were collected as self-pairing, general health questionnaire was used for their general health status, blood routine, serum biochemical and immune parameters were detected with auto equipment. The differences among groups of each index in scale and each laboratory indexes were analyzed to investigate the influences of different health status on the clinical laboratory paramaters.2.The allelomorphic genes of HLA-DQB1 were determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) between the occupations and the observation group, in order to analyze the difference in distributed frequency of HLA-DQB1 between the two groups and its correlation with the clinical laboratory paramaters.Results:1.Statistical analysis showed significant differences in each index of general health questionnaire between the occupations and the the control group, statistical analysis showed significant differences in each index of general health questionnaire before and after the entrance examination. Statistical analysis showed no significant differences in each index of general health questionnaire between the players group and the control group.2.There were significant differences of some clinical laboratory paramaters between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05), compared with the control group the EO%, PDW, GLU, Cre, ALB, Glob, TP, Chol, HDL, LDL, hs-CRP, IgG, IgA, C3 and C4 in occupational group were significantly higher, while the PLT, MPV, PCT and A/G in occupational group were significantly lower (P<0.05); the PLT, PCT, LYMPH#, BASO#, BASO%, GLU, Cre, ALB in players group were significantly higher; the GLU, HDL before the EE were significantly higher than that after the EE, while the CRE, LDL, TP, ALB, GLOB before the EE were significantly lower than that after the EE.3.Statistical analysis showed no significant difference in the distributed frequency of HLA-DQB1 between occupational group and control group. HLA-DQB1*02 sites have significant influences on RDW-CV in occupational group, HLA-DQB1*06 sites have significant influences on hs-CRP in occupational group (P<0.05). HLA-DQB1*02 sites have significant influences on A/G、Glob、IgA in control group, HLA-DQB1*04 sites have significant influences on EO#、EO in control group, HLA-DQB1*06 sites have significant influences on Chol、HDL、LDL in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Different health status could induce some clinical laboratory paramaters change and this may be associated with HLA-DQB1 allele phenotype.
