Abstract


Supply chain management is an important development direction of the current international business management , inventory management is the focus of supply chain management . Inventory management not only affect the overall cost of the enterprises in the supply chain , but also restricts the performance of the entire supply chain . Therefore, how to enhance inventory control , to achieve the low-cost carriers , and the current challenges facing many enterprises . Studied from the point of view of the supply chain inventory problem . First summarize the existing research results at home and abroad on the basis of the system introduced sources of supply chain management theory and its development process , the memory on the basic concepts and strategies and basic inventory theory model of ERP and DRP improvement strategies do preliminary research . Secondly , discusses the traditional inventory control methods in the implementation of supply chain management in the presence of two major problems: demand amplification effect of uncertainties from its performance and its reasons , impact start analysis , and preliminary measures . Again , three inventory control method in modern supply chain management thinking : VMI, JMI and CPFR analysis from the three methods of thought , structure , implementation and process is described , highlighting these inventory control methods ideas and the actual implementation of the process , the difficulties and focus , which will be conducive to business inventories strategy selection and implementation. Finally, as a case of a high-tech enterprise , its plight in supply chain management and inventory control , based on the integration of the supply chain , inventory control initiatives and strategies , and the implementation of MRP, DRP - based multi - level distribution mode , the differentiation control mode based on purchasing property classification , inventory control mode based on MES pull distribution discussed in empirical analysis and its application effect .
