In this thesis the analysis of the chemical composition of the Haizhou Elsholtzia 95% ethanol extract in ultrasonic extraction combined with column chromatography separation and purification methods (macroporous resin, polyamide resin, silica gel column chromatography, etc.) as well as means of spectral analysis carbon spectrum (infrared spectroscopy, NMR, LC-MS, NOSEY, etc.) from the isolated and identified two phenylpropanoid compounds - caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid; 3 flavonoids - apigenin Apigenin-7-O-of β-the D-glucoside and luteolin. Detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the purity of each of the compounds are more than 98%. Phenylpropanoid compounds caffeic acid metabolites in Elsholtzia splendens, Haizhou Elsholtzia content of approximately 0.1305% of the dry weight. Analysis and found that the copper content of caffeic acid content in the leaves and stems of Elsholtzia splendens plants with their stems and leaves into a dominant negative correlation of different copper environmental conditions Elsholtzia splendens plant copper content in coffee acid content. MTT cytotoxicity assay these natural compounds in 50μmol concentration of lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549, human epidermoid carcinoma A431, human breast cancer Bcap37 inhibition rate (IR), in which of apigenin (IR 77.07%) and luteolin (IR 71.94 %) of A549 cells showed gefitinib Nepal (IR = 80%), similar to the activity, with a multi-target activity can be used as a natural lead compound for the development of drug resistant lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 and the positive control, luteolin epidermal cancer A431 and human breast cancer Bcap37 highest inhibition rate (IR), 37.41% and 46.78%, respectively. Which can increase the repair plant Haizhou Elsholtzia in value-added. Southeast Sedum the (S. alfredii) is native zinc (Zn) hyperaccumulating plant. Hyperaccumulator the southeast Sedum stems the paper hyperaccumulator southeast Sedum stems and leaves of 40% ethanol extract isolated from substituted indole compounds, to establish the optimal conditions, and macroporous resin substituted indole compounds isolated using preparative liquid chromatography purification refinement, the compound obtained was 99.90% pure by high-performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC). 3 months hydroponic experiments show that high zinc (50μmol / L) processing southeast hyperaccumulator Sedum growth but its non-hyperaccumulating withstand high zinc toxicity caused by stress. Zinc processing from 0.5μmol / L increased to 50μmol / L, the two SE Sedum vivo zinc and substituted indole compound a significant increase was significantly higher than that in leaves and stems, and the hyperaccumulating plant stems in the zinc and substituted indole. The indole compound content was significantly higher than that of non-hyperaccumulator. Substituted indole compounds may be super important compounds accumulate in the southeast Sedum stems.
