The spectral theory is an important research field of graph theory and combinatorial mathematics theory , including the adjacency spectrum , Laplacian , unsigned Laplace spectrum and norms Laplacian four aspects . Atlas theory in quantum chemistry , physics , computer science , communication networks and information science and technology are widely used. In this paper, the use of algebra and geometry no Laplace spectrum of research, especially research has given diameter minimum unsigned Laplacian spectral radius .
