Abstract


In order to achieve the reactive dyes without salt staining between cotton fiber and reactive dye affinity , increase the activity of the dye rate this article cationic modified technology , cationic modified cotton fabric , and cyanuric chloride precursor , 3 - chloro - 2 - hydroxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as the cationic functional monomer , was prepared by nucleophilic substitution the bis - quaternary ammonium cation modifier ZY , and on cotton fiber with a modifying agent ZY cationic pre treatment, so that the surface of the cotton fibers with a positive charge , and then dyed with reactive dyes . This paper the preparation of cationic modifier effects of monomer ratio , reaction time, reaction temperature, initiator concentration and process parameters on the synthesis reaction . Infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the composition and structure of the product ZY , verify that the target product . Finally, the use of modifier ZY modified cotton fabric and dyed . Determined by changing the process parameters of the modifier concentration , modified time , pH, and temperature , the reactive dyeing fabric dyeing rate and the fabric K / S value , detailed discussion of the impact of cotton fiber Cationic modification effect factor. Identified the cationic modifier ZY use the best modified method for the impregnation method , the optimum conditions for the modifier 25g / L sodium hydroxide 24g / L, a modified temperature 55 ° C , the modified time of 20 min . Salt-free dyeing with reactive dyes , the best staining results , the K / S values ??of the fabric and dye on the highest uptake rate . , Modifiers ZY cotton fiber for the application of the cationic modifier opened up a new direction , to increase the modifier and the binding force of the cotton fiber , dye uptake and fixation rate , reducing the change sexual dosage , reduce costs , improve production efficiency .
