Abstract


With the deepening of economic globalization and trade liberalization, the increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution and resource shortages, trade and environmental issues by the close attention of the international community and the countries in the world. In recent years, high-speed growth of China's foreign trade to the ecological environment and natural resources tremendous pressure, how to promote foreign trade and environmental quality to improve, to become the important tasks facing the Chinese government. Liberalization of trade in this study the impact on the environment, analysis of trade has led to the deterioration of environmental pollution, examine and explore countermeasures and suggestions to solve trade and environmental conflicts. The paper is divided into five chapters from a theoretical introduction, empirical analysis, explore and Suggestions several aspects of system analysis of the impact of international trade on the ecological environment. Chapters I and II outlined the background of this study, research significance, research objectives, methods, innovations and inadequacies on free trade and environmental relationship between economic theory and empirical analysis literature review. Chapter using regression analysis, cointegration test and Granger causality test of trade and environment issues facing China, found that the rapid growth of China's foreign trade, especially the rapid development of trade in manufactured goods exports to China's ecological environment and tremendous pressure on natural resources; product import and export of all industrial pollution emissions intensity coefficient and environmental terms of trade by trade data analysis of the 26 industrial sectors, calculated depth study of the environmental impact of trade liberalization, and to different industries export trade environment different effects, depending on the pollution intensity of the industry and trade. Chapter concrete analysis of the impact of international trade on the environment from the point of view of trade and industrial structures, pointed out that the the irrational international division of labor, and import and export trade structure is the root cause of the worsening of environmental pollution, the specific performance of the transfer of pollution-intensive industries high consumption products exports as well as imports of foreign garbage. The Chapter coordinated development of China's trade liberalization and environmental protection policy proposals and measures, including environmental protection standards, optimize the structure of import and export trade, and internalization of environmental costs way conclusions of this article remind economic policy makers in formulating policies to promote the development of trade, especially trade in manufactured goods should fully take into account the environmental costs of trade. Optimize the trade structure and industrial structure in order to achieve the sustainable development of international trade and the ecological environment.
