Abstract

The Yellow River is the hyperconcentrated rivers, the adsorption of certain contaminants in water has a lot of sediment contained. Silt sediments of the study, six different cross-section of the Queshan Reservoir the desilting bar Drainage for the study, analysis of its physical and chemical properties, reveal the intrinsic relationship between the characteristic parameters; adsorption - desorption experiment (sediments B1 and B2 for example), and analysis of sediment phosphorus sorption kinetics of the process, the adsorption isotherm, adsorption influencing factors, structural changes in adsorption reversibility and before and after adsorption, in combination with surface analysis techniques to explore the mechanism of adsorption of phosphorus. The results show that: silt sediments are neutral and alkaline, low organic matter content of the surface with a negative charge, flocculation ability of small and mainly clay, silt and fine sand particles, the existence of better physicochemical parameters correlation. Complex and diverse, the surface morphology of the particles and the pore size distribution uneven a surface porosity in the range of the hole, belonging the stars shaped pores having a high filling ability, the fractal dimension of the surface of its pores (Ds) is approximately 2.67-2.89, and the pore size distribution Ds having a certain contribution. In addition, the complex morphology of the particles have a strong impact on the distribution of the elements, and lead to uneven distribution of surface adsorption sites. The rapid physical, physico-chemical adsorption (0-3h) sediment sediment phosphorus adsorption can be divided into two stages and slow chemical adsorption, adsorption process quasi - two dynamic processes. The adsorption isotherm without passing through the origin of coordinates to an intersection, but the concentration axis is divided into two parts - the the adsorption segment and the desorption stage, the corresponding adsorption 0.038 ~ 0.049mg - desorption equilibrium phosphorus concentration (EPC0), the entire adsorption isotherm · L-1; cross the Langmuir adsorption isotherm is more suitable than the other models described in the Yellow River sediment phosphorus sorption characteristics. The adsorption process is endothermic process, there is the solid concentration effect \In addition, sediment sediment phosphorus adsorption is reversible the phosphorus adsorption desorption can occur under certain conditions. Adsorbed phosphorus particles with a specific surface area, pore volume, pore surface fractal dimension (Ds) are decreased slightly, while the average pore size is increased slightly, wherein the pore volume in the range of a pore size of 1.5-30nm, larger changes. The surface the adsorbed phosphorus key elements (Al, Fe, Ca) the distribution of heterogeneity phosphorus adsorption, accounting for more than 96% of the total amount of in particle surface side of the ridge, depression and sudden saddle and other parts of
