Abstract

High fluoride water distribution in our country is very broad, long-term consumption of serious diseases caused by high fluoride water plagued people. However, the current development of fluoride removal technology such as secondary pollution, higher operating costs. Therefore, to study a low-power the defluoridation clean technology has important significance. Conductive material and efficient fluoride ion chemical adsorbent composite unipolar composite three-dimensional particulate electrode having a high adsorption performance, to develop a fluoride ion, and explore the electrode electrically promoting the adsorption effect of fluoride removal process operation parameters. Homemade three-dimensional particles the activity of the electrode group into a hydroxyl zirconium oxide, a conductive group is divided into 5% graphite nanotubes, and the active ingredient with the conductive component has a mass ratio of 8:2, determined by the optimization of the electrode composition. Fluoride removal performance of the three-dimensional particle electrode as follows: 25 ° C conditions, the three-dimensional particle electrode static saturated adsorption amount of fluoride ions reached 37.79mg / g; electric adsorption defluoridation the dynamic reactor running after 72h, the concentration of fluoride ions in water drop our drinking water health standards (GB5749-2006) on the fluoride concentration in drinking water prescribed limit of 1.00 mg / L to 0.39mg / L, far less than the dynamic cumulative amount of adsorption to 4.72mg / g; applied electric field the electrical strength 5V promote fluoride removal efficiency increased by 8.51% than the applied electric field. The characterization results of the scanning electron microscope (SEM) - electron spectroscopy (EDX) of the surface and inside the pores of the three-dimensional particulate electrode can be adsorption of fluoride ions, and does not appear after the electric adsorption electrode corrosion phenomena. Through the three-dimensional particle electrically Stimulating electrode defluoridation dynamic in experiment to study the different height of the packed bed, the yin and yang plate spacing, separator material electrically promote adsorption defluorination effect, determine the optimal structure of the reactor parameters as: the height of the packed bed 20cm The yin and yang plate spacing 4cm, the diaphragm to nafion117 film. Operating voltage, the influent pH, water flow rate effect of fluoride ion removal results indicate that: increase the operating voltage within a certain range, lower influent pH or water flow rate can increase the effect of fluoride removal. The best operating conditions: the working voltage of 7V, water flow rate 4ml/min, The acidic pH. Selection lye eluting with an electrode of shorting two ways on the electrode of the three-dimensional particle regeneration results showed that: a concentration of 0.01mol / L of sodium hydroxide solution for the elution, the highest elution rate of up to 83.09%. Shorting the positive and negative current generated in the circuit the the effluent fluoride ion concentration, and the regeneration percentage is 23%. On the basis of experiments in the laboratory small test, the larger the size of the reactor, a region of Hebei fluorine water drop fluorine treatment, 223h effluent fluorine ion concentration of less than 1mg / 1, cumulative fluoride ion adsorption capacity 5.03mg / g, and achieved good results.
