Abstract

Phosphorus is the main nutrient elements one wetland plant growth, the size of its content in the soil has a direct impact on the productivity of the wetland ecosystem, but also led to the main factors of the wetland and its connected water system eutrophication. In this paper, Beijing Yeyahu wetlands study from May 2009 to March 2010 in its core area of ??sampling, soil phosphorus distribution characteristics in their adsorption characteristics and soil phosphorus bioavailability assessment. At the same time, the correlation analysis of soil physical and chemical properties of phosphorus forms discussed. Soil inorganic phosphorus and organic phosphorus fractionation method optimization, inorganic phosphorus into exchangeable phosphorus, aluminum, phosphorus, iron, phosphorus, occluded phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus, organic phosphorus forms into active organophosphorus active organic phosphorus, the stability of organic phosphorus and high stability organic phosphorus. Soil phosphorus distribution characteristics are as follows: (a) and total phosphorus content of 376.16 ~ 638.20mg · kg-1, presented on the low trend compete along the soil profile, as well as the November gt; March gt; May gt; January seasonal variation. (B) inorganic phosphorus content of 183.77 ~ 600.94 mg · kg-1, which is the main form of soil phosphorus. Calcium and phosphorus content of the highest and more stable; iron phosphorus, exchangeable phosphorus, aluminum phosphorus content smaller less fluctuation with seasonal changes; occluded phosphorus seasonal changes, presented March 11 January gt; September gt; the 5 seasonal variation. (C) organic phosphorus content of 40.26 ~ 328.01 mg · kg-1, a smaller proportion of total phosphorus, presented November gt; May gt; March gt; the nine seasonal variation. The order of the size of the various forms of organic phosphorus content: high stability organic phosphorus gt; the organophosphorus active gt; stability of organic phosphorus gt; activity of organic phosphorus. Wherein in the winter, high stability in organic phosphorus content was significantly reduced. (D) wetland soil biological phosphorus content at a low level in the 29.00-107.90mg · kg-1 between, the seasonal variations law consistent with soil total phosphorus. By correlation analysis found: soil pH and iron bound phosphorus, labile organic phosphorus and high-stability organic phosphorus content was negatively correlated. Soil moisture and occluded phosphorus, labile organic phosphorus and in the activity of organic phosphorus was positively correlated. Soil organic matter content was positively correlated with soil organic phosphorus content. The content of clay and silt and soil phosphorus content was positively correlated with the content of sand and soil phosphorus content was negatively correlated. Wetland soil inorganic phosphorus maximum adsorption capacity in the Langmuir cross between 18.08 ~ 68.97 mg · kg-1, the adsorption behavior by two adsorption rate equation and correction adsorption isotherm description.
