Abstract


Serious damage to human survival and development of the ecological environment has been a great challenge, and the ecological environment seems to be an obstacle to progress the development of human society. In this context, the human need to re-examine of human relationship with nature, to think and to explore the future of the human and natural. Ecological civilization is human thinking on the issue of human civilization in the present, and an exploration of the future. Ecological civilization advocated the harmonious and sustainable development of the people, man and nature, man and society. Construction of ecological civilization, not only is the technology more human way to look at the natural and the deepest of human and natural attention needs to be changed or improved. Regional culture coincided with the ecological civilization internal coupling, the paper the Horqin culture as an example, through documentary research, comparative analysis, conceptual analysis, to explore regional culture can play in the construction of ecological civilization the role its path. The Horqin culture is the Horqin unique culture, with guide, cohesion, education, diffusion, and promote the harmonious development of the environment and the economy function, can play in the construction of ecological civilization constraints to guide people's behavior, environmental education, and promote role in the rapid development of the green economy, improve intelligence support for the construction of ecological civilization and spiritual support; Horqin culture play role in the construction of ecological civilization, and is closely related with the realization path: reasonable and effective path to make the Horqin the role of culture to maximize play, and vice versa versa. Based on different cultural phenomenon, the intrinsic link characteristics with the goal of finding its ecological civilization, mining its value in the construction of ecological civilization, the basic premise is to choose a reasonable path; under the premise that, in line with local conditions, due to when should adopt flexible and diverse ways, ideas and methods of problem-solving ecological civilization construction, and provide a realistic basis and reference for the construction of ecological civilization, and play the regional culture should play in the construction of ecological civilization role.
