Abstract


Environmental pollution, waste pollution , green building must first overcome the obstacles . Currently, the Beijing Municipal waste disposal by sanitary landfill and incineration , only a very small part of the recycling , this end of the treatment method is in the advanced stage of the garbage , recycling , there is a certain distance away from the waste . Existing processing equipment is difficult to meet the needs of the present with the the landfill plant capacity gradually saturated , waste minimization , recycling is the fundamental way to solve this \\In this thesis, the context of the \First of Beijing 's waste utilization analysis to identify the resource utilization of the existing problems and causes ; Second, the reference to draw on the same scale of the city 's successful experience in the waste management process ; Finally, we discuss at different levels to carry out waste recycling way , to optimize end processing means to enhance the level and quality of the entire waste disposal , and strive to build an environment -friendly capital city . Thesis documentary research , comparative analysis , interviews , and reached the following conclusions through inquiry . Beijing's current waste disposal methods are still stuck in the end of the treatment phase , the government hopes to use the the incineration power to respond to the saturation of the landfill . But the incineration power belongs to downgrade cycle and a recovery of only a small part of the energy is not the best way to waste utilization . In order to achieve waste recycling , waste separation and recovery , dismantling, processing , recycling use and harmless to deal with these aspects integrated together to form an industrial chain . Beijing has initially formed the waste recycling industry chain , but the convergence between its various elements are not in place , the focus of future work is the integration of industrial chain , to enable it to fully play its role in the city 's waste recycling .
