Abstract


21st century, and ecological issues have increasingly become one of the concerns. Mullite this year, China is seeing a lot of ecological pollution events, such as: Southwest drought, Hainan poisonous cowpea incident, Gansu Zhouqu large debris flows, Zijin Mining pollution incidents, lead poisoning, such as Dalian oil spill. This is a piece disaster in constant sounded the alarm to the people, to solve these ecological problems have become the top concern of the whole society, because it relates to our lives and even the lives of everyone. Well, for those social services managers and government should take up more resolve ecological problems, saving ecological resources and protect the ecological environment of the task, and to become the most important duty bearers. Ecological issues as a public good, it should be the Government's focus areas of inquiry. Study is from the start, in the administrative ecology and ecological administration, based on the analysis of the proposed and eco-oriented government building, including the government's own ecological construction and management of the government on the ecological two parts, which is the government's eco- double meaning. In addition, the paper has a special feature is combined with our advanced ideas - the scientific development concept under the strategy of sustainable development in a resource-saving and environment-friendly society (referred to as \oriented government background and important premise to make eco-oriented government building direction and emphasis, that in the \\From a structural point of view, is divided into five chapters in order: The first chapter is the introduction part, on the topics of the research background and significance, research contents and methods described, and domestic and foreign research on this topic were reviewed and analyzed; Section two chapters are eco-oriented government and the \oriented government and the \oriented government building on the ecological impact of two aspects; fourth chapter summarizes the \explore how to build our country's ecological-oriented government, mainly for eco-governmental constraints to the idea from the government, institutional, system three aspects to build eco-oriented government, not only to enable the Government to pay attention to their own ecological construction, but also to government ecological management of a difference, and thus to a certain extent, solve ecological problems, alleviate resource conflicts and improve the ecological environment, and try to study ecological and economic development paths and ecological public governance of the road.
