Within the different geographical features and ecological characteristics of the Bashang plateau,mountains,plains ecological zones in Hebei Province and the Hebei ecological zone, establish the ecological environment quality assessment index system and grade standards which selected 26 evaluation factors from the different ecological zones that consist ecosystems,natural resources, biodiversity,food security,biological hazards and the social-ecological systems,consider in multiple angle from natural to man-made and other points of views,and collecte the detailed data of different ecological zones in 2006～2008.then,determine the index weights of evaluation factors and indicator layer with the AHP and yaahp software layer,reasonably.And then detailed analysis and research the results of ecological environment quality in each ecological zone and the Hebei Province.Study enunciation:Ecology Environment Quality in Hebei Province is fragile.The ecoenvironment quality index number displayed by the Evaluated result is 3.6926,3.6673,3.8452 in 2006～2008 respectively, the quality of eco-environmental is not in good condition on the whole,mainly due to environmental disasters and impacts of human disturbance strongly;The index of ecological quality in Bashang plateau Ecosystem zone is 4.4619,4.5718,4.9586, in 2006～2008 respectively, Common eco-environment quality in recent years.The regional eco-environment condition amended continuously by the state and local governments who make great efforts to strengthen eco-environmental control,has been made a constant improvement;The environmental quality index in mountain ecological zone is 3.7258,3.7413,4.0333 in 2006～2008 respectively,eco-environmental quality is in poor condition, eco-environment system is fragile;eco-environmental quality index in the plain ecosystem is 3.4781,3.3952,3.4500 in 2006～2008 respectively,eco-environmental quality is poor,Due to the influence of the population pressures,shortage of water resources and ecological disasters and other factors which has great impacts on.In order to ensure harmonious development of economy,society and environment in Hebei Province,According to the actual condition in the Research Regional,conduct systematic research into eco-environmental protection policies and put forward some corresponding measures to eco-environmental protection.First of all, Strengthen the capacity building of the leaders at all levels,establish Control and regulatory mechanism; Second,enhance the environmental awareness and Environmental Legislation Construction of the whole society;Third, Efforts are intensified to conserve and improve construction of environment and ecology,expand money input;Fourth,strengthen the efforts to make out the plan of renovating the environmental conditions in urban areas;Fifth,We should speed up promoting the readjustment of its own industrial structure and optimization of productivity layout;Sixth,optimize the agro-environment and reinforce the agro-environment protection;Seventh, promote the Forest Resource Preservation and step up protection of the environment in nature reserves;Eighth, develop energy conservation and comprehensive utilization.
