Abstract


Over the years,the production of sewage associated with every moment of our life, and the treatment of sewage in the city already quite into system. However, in most rural areas of our country, the residents have a different way of life compare with urban residents, then the generated of sewage and mode of treatment has its features. The research summarize vary degrees of difficulty in sewage treatment facilities and pipe network in the rural areas, the supply and operation of treatment facilities have become a problem with many interests involved.In the new stage of our country, supply and management of rural infrastructure has become the focus of attention. And then the improving the status of rural residents living and narrowing gap between urban and rural areas become the focus of policy. Most of China’s rural distribution is dispersed, all of these bring more difficulties to operation and maintenance of sewage treatment facilities. But the research set the targeted sewage treatment technology and process technology according to the characteristics of rural sewage disposal, the main component, geographical features and economic conditions. During the operation of sewage treatment facilities in rural areas, internal management, funding sources, internal and external supervision has become a major component of operating mechanism. At the same time, the Fund’s establishment, the villagers self-government organization also play a role in promoting innovation of sewage treatment facilities operating mechanism. So we should realize the promoting role of the villagers in the operation of sewage treatment facilities. Then we should promote environmental knowledge and increase appropriate financial assistance.At the end of the research, there is a summary that all of above can not be done without the active cooperation of relevant departments and the timely introduction of relevant policies and regulations. Therefore, the establishment and improvement of rural sewage treatment system should be the main direction of policy-making in the new historical stage of our country.
