Abstract


Due to the worsening of the global environment , the gradual shortage of resources and energy , how sustainable development has become a serious problem faced by the people . Building on the consumption of resources and energy accounted for a large part of human consumption and therefore energy-saving , efficient , environmentally friendly green building is the inevitable trend of the future building development . Green Building Evaluation Standard measurable green building quality indicator system to guide the development of green building , the British Institute of Architecture in 1990 pioneered the \many green building evaluation system . In this context , China introduced in 2006 , the first national standards for green building - \the role needs to be more in-depth inquiry and interpretation . Shanghai high-speed development of the urban construction makes a huge consumption of resources and energy , especially the increasing number of people's needs residential construction . Therefore , this paper aims to the current standard based on recommendations made ??reference to the architectural design of residential projects in Shanghai area to provide a system of residential design strategy , in order to better achieve green building . This article is composed of five chapters : The first chapter is the introduction, clear the significance of the research background and purpose , and an overview of the research status at home and abroad , and to define the scope of this study ; second chapter analyzes the research at home and abroad Green Building evaluation of the content and features of the system , and compare their advantages and disadvantages , and case analysis of the successful application of the evaluation criteria ; Chapter -depth study of the \the design strategy ; Chapter is the core part of the paper , from the experience of traditional houses in Shanghai , five residential building overall layout of the full life cycle of the design and construction of single buildings and building information modeling design strategy to elaborate for the Shanghai region the architectural design of residential projects systemic recommendations ; fifth and final chapter a summary of the full text .
