Abstract

Isophorone is an important fine chemical raw materials , in a wide range of uses in the chemical, pharmaceutical and many industries , but domestic demand is mainly mainly imported . Acetone vapor synthesis of isophorone is a green process route and has broad prospects for development . Papers prepared by coprecipitation of Mg-Al composite catalyst , the reaction of isophorone acetone synthesis in a fixed bed reactor , and were characterized by IR, XRD, GC, GC-MS and other means of catalyst and reaction results . Systematic study of the Mg-Al ratio , hydrolysis temperature , total precipitation solution PH, calcination temperature , catalyst performance , as well as reaction temperature , acetone flow rate and the amount of catalyst on the reaction performance . Determine the best catalyst preparation conditions : Mg : A1 = 3:1 , hydrolysis temperature 80 ℃, total precipitation solution PH = 9.5 , the calcination temperature of 500 ° C . Through the single factor experiment to examine the key factors that affect the reaction , by orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal reaction conditions as follows: reaction temperature of 340 ° C , acetone the velocity 0.15ml/min, catalyst dosage 9.5g . Papers from the reaction mechanism discussed the dynamic characteristics of the acetone synthesis of isophorone and control steps to calculate to draw k and Ea reaction kinetic parameters .
