Abstract

This article through the will chitosan and two kinds amino acids (L-cysteine ??and L-serine) Composite Modified to the glassy carbon electrode on the, were prepared two kinds new type of electrochemical sensors. And substitute with potassium ferricyanide as the Electrochemical Probe, through the cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance France, studied the these two kinds new sensor electrochemical characteristics. Meanwhile, the these two kinds of novel electrochemical sensor applications conducted a research, respectively, used for the determination trace amounts of copper ion, L-ascorbic acid and paracetamol, established a new methods of analysis. And to examined base solution, pH, scanning speed, enrichment time, enrichment potentiometers on the determination results the impact of, elected the optimum measuring conditions. Of this paper research mainly includes three part, mainly research contents are as follows: (1) through will chitosan and L-cysteine ??Modified to the glassy carbon electrode substrate surface of the, was prepared one kinds new type of electrochemical sensors, and thus sensor pairs of Trace Copper ion were determined. Through the cyclic voltammetry method and the AC impedance method pairs of sensor electrochemical characteristics of made a Characterization of. Experimental results show that: This electrochemical sensing In the pH4.2's acetic acid - sodium acetate buffer solution middle pairs of copper ions has a good electrochemical response, linear voltammetry results of the experiment showed that: copper ions's peak current was to its concentration In the 1.0 × 10 -8 ~ 1.0 × 10 -4 mol / L within the scope of into a good linear relationship, the linear equation was I (μA) = -1.192 0.4683c (μmol / L) , correlation coefficient was 0.99847, detection limit is 5.3 × 10 -9 mol / L, The sensor has a good reproducibility Xing and stability of the, and has good anti-jamming resistance, can be Simultaneous Determination of Lead ion and copper ions. (2) the first portion-Built obtained in Chitosan / L-cysteine ??This sensor applied to L-ascorbic acid Determination of. Through the cyclic voltammetry method and the AC impedance method pairs of sensor electrochemical characteristics of made a characterization, and adopt timekeeping Current Method pairs of L-ascorbic acid in the sensor on the catalytic oxidation reaction's diffusion coefficient and catalytic rate constants of conducted a studied. Experimental The results showed that: This Electrochemical Sensing in pH5.0 in acetic acid - acetate sodium acetate buffer solution in for L-ascorbic acid has a good electrochemical response of, by the linear voltammetry experiments found that: L-ascorbic acid oxidation peak current of proportional to the concentration 1.0 × 10 -5 ~ 2.0 × 10 -3 mol / L within the scope of into a a good linear relationship, detection limit is 4.3 × 10 -6 mol / L, and the sensor has good reproducibility and stability, for L-ascorbic acid has good selectivity, can be determined simultaneously L-ascorbic acid and comparison with the acetylamino amino group phenol, also applies this the sensor successfully applied to the to vitamin C tablets middle L-ascorbic acid content the detection of. (3) prepared a new type of L-serine / chitosan modified glassy a carbon electrode as electrochemical sensor to detect paracetamol. In order to potassium ferricyanide as the Electrochemical Probe, through the exchange of impedance method pairs of sensor conducted a electrochemical characterize the, and the alternating current impedance the data obtained conducted a equivalent circuit's fitting, in order to obtain an electrode / solution interface detailed information. In order to cyclic voltammetry France to characterize the paracetamol at the modified electrode The Electrochemical Behavior, this sensor in the pH = 4.9's acetic acid buffer solution middle pairs of paracetamol has a good electrochemical responses. Linear voltammetry determination results showed that: paracetamol concentration of In the 2.0 × 10 -6 ~ 1.0 × 10 -3 mol / L within the range with the peak current into a good linear relationship, detection limit was 8.3 × 10 -7 mol / L. The sensor pairs of paracetamol has a good selectivity and stability, and successfully applied to a commercially available pills in the paracetamol content in Determination of.
