Abstract


The rapid development of economic globalization, the world today , the project increasingly large-scale, complex. In the global construction industry, high-tech means the use of new materials, new technologies, use of new technology is endless . Project general contracting model is internationally accepted mainstream of large construction projects contracting model . With the Chinese construction market and the state on the gradual opening-up enterprises \In this paper, Linfen thermoelectric EPC Contract Project Management Case for background , through in-depth analysis of the EPC project cost management of the main problems , the use of advanced project cost management concepts, methods and research tools for the EPC Project cost Management has designed a whole solution. Thesis from the work breakdown structure , organizational structure set up , establish responsibility cost management system and design stages of cost control measures in four main areas of analysis , focusing on the responsibility to establish the cost of the system and limits the use of elaborate design , in order to improve large industrial construction engineering projects mouth of EPC cost management system , to promote general contracting business has a stronger market competitiveness.
