This paper aims to explore the use of cheap raw materials and simple synthesis technology, conductive polymer preparation of high specific capacitance, nitrogen-rich carbon materials, mesoporous carbon materials and mesoporous carbon @ conductive polymer composite supercapacitor electrode material and using a variety of characterization methods to analyze and summarize the structure and performance of materials. Specific summarized as follows: (1) aniline and pyrrole monomer, FeCl3 as an oxidant, using chemical oxidation polymerization nanowire polyaniline and polypyrrole nanoparticles synthesized. With the X-ray diffraction analysis instrument (XRD), infrared analyzer (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), their phase and morphology characterization and analysis; using cyclic voltammetry and constant current charge and discharge characterization methods to compare the electrochemical properties of the conductive polymer prepared under different conditions. Experimental results show that: 1 mol L-1 H2SO4 aqueous system, a scan rate of the 2mVs-1, polyaniline single electrode capacitance up 451Fg-1, a ratio of capacitance on value 288Fg-1 polypyrrole. However, the cycle life of both are relatively poor. (2) to the above-obtained polyaniline and polypyrrole as a carbon source, a nitrogen-enriched Carbons prepared by direct carbonization method different carbonization temperature, N2 protection carbonization. And analysis of its structure, morphology and electrochemical properties. The research results show that the the direct carbonization synthesis of nitrogen-rich carbon materials carbonization temperature of 700 ℃. Cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge cycle life test results show that the nitrogen-rich carbon material has excellent super capacitor performance and high-current charge-discharge performance 0.1Ag-current density under the conditions of the material than the capacitance values ??up to 327Fg -1; scan rate of 20 mVs-1, cyclic After 5000 cycles than the capacitance retention rate of 92.4%, indicating that the material reversible charge and discharge performance. (3) triblock copolymer (F127) as the structure-directing agent and TEOS as silica source, sucrose as a carbon source by a simple one-step synthesis of mesoporous carbon materials, and to discuss the ethanol solvent and the volume of water than the structure and morphology of mesoporous carbon materials. While using XRD, TEM, characterization methods than the surface area of ??the obtained mesoporous carbon materials characterization and electrochemical performance testing. (4) mesoporous carbon materials for the carrier, in-situ chemical oxidation polymerization legally prepared mesoporous carbon @ polypyrrole composite electrode material. The results show that the composite material effectively combines Carbons the electric double layer capacitor and polypyrrole pseudospin capacitance, which significantly improves the capacitive properties of the electrode material. Composites in the scanning rate of 2 mVs-1, the maximum ratio of capacitances up 313Fg-1, nearly twice the mesoporous carbon capacitance value (163Fg-1).
