Abstract

Simazine is a systemic absorption selective toxic herbicides, the study established a fast and accurate gas chromatography herbicide simazine residues in the sugar cane and soil . The results show that the minimum detectable amount of 1.0 × 10-11g, the minimum detectable concentration was 0.01 mg / kg in the sugar cane plants , sugar cane juice and soil . Spiked levels of 0.01 ~ 0.1 mg / kg simazine in sugarcane plants average recoveries of between 80.61% to 126.77% , in average recoveries of 79.48% to 125.81% of the sugar cane juice between average recoveries in the soil in the range of 85.61% to 118.51% . 90% simazine water dispersible granules in sugarcane and soil digestion dynamic analysis results show that : the the simazine digestion dynamic order kinetics model , and the results have a high correlation , 2009 and 2010 simazine in Changde City, Hunan sugarcane plants elimination half-life of 11.8 d and 12.6 d, the elimination half-life in soil 19.3 d and 17.9 d ; simazine in 2009 and 2010 in Nanning , Guangxi sugar cane the plants in the elimination half-life of 15.4 d and 11.8 d, in the soil , the elimination half-life of 10.8 d and 4.3 d . Simazine in the final residue of sugarcane and soil test results show that the application of the recommended dose in the sugar cane is safe ; of simazine residues spraying concentration , application times were positively correlated , ie residues with facilities drug concentration of the pesticide, the increase in the number of increases.
