Heze is a typical plain region, agriculture area, which is an important food production area. Plain forestry played an important role in the improvement of ecological environment and food security. Owing to historical reasons, this area gradually becomes a wood-processing center. So the forestry industry has become one of the six pillar industries in heze. However, with the developing and promoting of forestry industrialization, there are still some problems and obstacles to resolve. So building forestry industrialization model and improving policies and support system are more significant to the following practices.In this paper, under the premise of clearly defining the intension of forestry industrialization, on the basis of industrial economics theory, social forestry theory, and sustainable development theory, through research this paper made some systematic exposition and analysis to the development status and problems of forestry industrialization in Heze, which include single industrial structure, lack of deep processing, dispersion of industrial organization, poor anti-risk ability of small and medium enterprises, supply difficulties of raw materials, shortage of capital, technology, personnel and information. On this basis, with the characteristics of forestry industrialization in Heze, this paper built a forestry industrialization model which is suitable for the local reality and further defined the function and significance of Forest Products Distribution Company, the importance of industry associations, the model choice of enterprises to build a base and the importance of the market. Finally, this paper proposed a solution and some suggestions, including industrial structure adjustment, industrial organization optimization, raw material supply, improve market system, change in the functions of industry associations, construction of the support system, to deepen the process of forestry industrialization.
