Abstract

Test in December 2009 - August Jilin Agricultural University vegetable greenhouse, the results achieved are as follows: (1) In order to clarify the tomato nitrogen uptake and utilization differences and efficient use of varieties of species fertilization and breeding nitrogen 25 tomato varieties basis to carry out the same level of nitrogen nitrogen uptake and utilization Genotypic differences in results show that: the nitrogen use efficiency of tomato production Varietal Variation of the range of 31.04% -47.58%. Cluster analysis pointed out that the nitrogen absorption capacity is weak, higher capacity utilization, there are four varieties of high yield, yield an average of 9456.2kg/667m2. Correlation and path analysis showed that nitrogen accumulation and tomato yield significant positive correlation, and nitrogen use efficiency play a leading role to improve the yield of tomato. And 25 varieties of tomato nitrogen absorption and utilization (RE), nitrogen physiological efficiency (PE), nitrogen agronomic efficiency (AE) and nitrogen partial factor productivity (PFP) compare the differences, results showed that tomato RE, PE , AE, PFP, there were significant differences. Cluster analysis showed that tomato varieties are five varieties of high yield and nitrogen use efficiency (NUE), towards research 219, Jiafen 19 times earnings, Sail No. 1 and Ruiqi 1. Compared with other varieties, yield, RE, PE, AE, PFP mean respectively 19.31%, 47.50%, 0.93%, 46.3% and 19.3%, respectively. Correlation analysis showed that nitrogen harvest index, is conducive to the improvement of yield and NUE. 2 clearly different nitrogen use efficiency of tomato physiological mechanism to filter out the tomato with different nitrogen use efficiency, nitrogen application, research tomato biomass, photosynthetic characteristics, physiological characteristics change. The results show that: the lateral root length and number of lateral roots of tomato yield and early growth stage, the late growth stage of aboveground dry matter weight, root activity, nitrate, soluble sugar, Pn, E and Gs are closely related, as tomato yield nitrogen efficient varieties screening reference indicators. Late Growth Stage stem diameter and root dry weight and root to shoot ratio and leaf area at the early growth stage as a tomato plant N uptake and accumulation of the critical indices. Late Growth Stage root dry weight and leaf area can be used as a screening nitrogen use efficiency varieties preferred. Groups tomato yield and nitrogen efficiency and biomass, physiological characteristics, photosynthetic indicators correlation analysis found that the number of lateral roots of the tomato fertility mid-and late growth stage of root to shoot ratio, 50 days after planting, soluble protein, planting 10 and 100 days on nitrates, the late growth stage of SPAD, Pn and flourishing time Ci can be used as indicators of the characteristics of the different varieties of tomato yield; 20 days late growth stage of root growth state, at 80 days after planting soluble protein after planting soluble sugar, late growth stage of nitrate, Pn, Ci can be as nitrogen uptake efficiency characteristics index; 30 days after planting, leaf area can be used as indicators of nitrogen use efficiency characteristics. Clear absorption and utilization of nitrogen fertilizer on tomato cultivars phosphorus and potassium as well as breeding efficient use of fertilizer varieties theoretical reference, the test under different nitrogen levels, 25 tomato varieties phosphorus and potassium absorption and utilization characteristics. The results showed that nitrogen fertilizer significantly promote total P and K absorption and phosphorus absorption and utilization of inter-species differences smaller K Absorption and Utilization contrary. Correlation analysis and path analysis showed that nitrogen fertilizer nitrogen absorption total amount of P and K is a strong correlation between total absorption, the relative roles of the production, but the of potassium absorption total amount of influence on the yield. A pot experiment was study the long-term nitrogen deficiency on five different varieties of tomato chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics, the results show that: the low nitrogen conditions, the tomato leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters the FV / Fo (PS II energy potential activity), FV / Fm (maximum photochemical efficiency), qNP (non-photochemical quenching), QP (photochemical quenching), ΦPS II (the actual photochemical efficiency) are decreased to varying degrees, more sensitive to low nitrogen, most of which Fv / Fo and Fv / Fm sensitive varieties parameter differences also changed. Tomato growth index, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate showed a downward trend due to nitrogen deficiency. Correlation analysis showed that qP and leaf nitrogen content is a positive linear correlation, QP can be used as a diagnostic indicator of nitrogen. 5 for the evaluation of the different varieties of tomato nutritional quality, filter out the a comprehensive nutritional quality varieties, good quality and bad quality of the 25 varieties of tomato were determined, and the membership function of the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive analysis of its nutritional quality, the results show that , different varieties of tomato there is a big difference in terms of quality, the comprehensive nutritional quality of 25 tomato varieties towards powdered king, East farmers 712, Hidemitsu 306 U.S. crown, pink stone, the hybrid 106.
