Abstract


In the seventies and eighties of the 20th century, Western countries , as the representative of the United States first rise Leadership education of college students . Today our Student Leadership education is just getting started, the Leadership Education consciousness is also very weak , few studies of the theory , is stuck in the training level . To adapt to the globalization process , the state must pay attention to the cultivation of future leaders , and colleges and universities as a socialist culture qualified builders and reliable overtime important positions among College Students Leadership education of college students is a very urgent task . In this paper, the use of literature analysis , summarized comparative study the four leadership education of college students , in order to provide the theory and Countermeasures basis .
