Abstract

This project uses a combination of laboratory and field research on black back hair ladybug [Scymnus (Neopullus) babai Sasaji] main biological characteristics, predation rate and predation function, experimental population life tables, indoor and field controlling action study. The results are as follows: 1, to find out the black back hair ladybug developmental duration at a constant temperature to determine instars developmental threshold and effective accumulated. 19 ~ 31 ℃, the lower the temperature, the longer the developmental duration of the various instars. Egg to adult duration extended to 19 ℃, 31 ℃ 14.37d 32.88d. 31 ℃, the fastest growing of the ladybug developmental rate. Black the back hair ladybug eggs, larvae, pupae and eggs to adult developmental threshold temperature of 13.50 ° C, 11.01 °, 12.02 ° and 10.91 ° ??C, effective accumulated temperature of 58.53 days, 97.37 days, 113.42 days and 294.59 Degree Days. Clear of environmental factors such as temperature and photoperiod on black back hair ladybug fecundity, life and hunger tolerance. The correlation analysis showed a significant influence of temperature on the development and life. Optimal breeding temperature is 28 ° C illumination time 14h; the survival optimum temperature and exposure time were 25 ° C and 12h. 3 black back hair ladybug experimental population life table. Black back hair ladybug developmental stages of mortality: 56.2% of the egg stage, 28.6% of the larvae, 6.1% of the second instar larvae, third instar larvae of 6.5%, and 35.7% of fourth instar larvae 0, pupal stage, the population trend index for 6.7890. At room temperature, the black the back hair ladybug the intrinsic rate of 0.089; the average duration of a generation 73.784d; a generation of growth in the number of the previous generation number 9. Study clearly black back hair ladybug predation rate and predation function. Different soybean aphid densities, insect-state black back hair ladybug functional response of soybean aphid comply with Holling Ⅱ reaction, when N → ∞, one to four instar larvae and adults of the theoretical maximum daily predation were 44.0119,92.0403 112.8878,173.9130 and 32.6797. At different temperatures, the age of four instar larvae and adult day prey volume increases with increasing temperature, 31 ° C predation rate. 5. Study the black back hair ladybug indoor conditions, the ability to control the soybean aphid. The use of adults (♀: (?) = 2:1) to control the soybean aphid test scoop aphid ratio is greater than 1:10, the nine days of internal control harmful effects of up to 100%; larvae control aphids test, when the scoop aphid than large at 1:10, the control efficiency of up to 100%. 6 black back hair ladybug in the field under natural conditions of the soybean aphid control. Adults (♀: (?) = 2:1) control soybean aphids in the field release of up to 100% of the internal control harmful effects when the scoop aphid ratio is greater than 1:10, 9 days; larvae control aphids test, when the scoop aphid ratio is greater than 1:10, the control efficiency up to 100% after 6 days.
