Abstract

With large-scale livestock and poultry breeding industry, livestock waste pollution on the environment caused a serious threat, untreated animal manure is discharged directly into water bodies, soil, not only pollutes the water environment, atmospheric environment and soil environment , but also on the health of humans and other animals posed a threat. Jiaxing is a pig big city, only annual pig slaughter Nanhu District reached nearly 2 million, arising out of dung on the environment caused serious harm, livestock pollution problems are classified as provincial supervision key environmental issues. Currently manure resource is the most effective means of manure composting technology, in addition to zero-emissions fermentation bed pig France reduction may well be a viable means to deal with livestock manure. However, commercially available for organic composting and microbial fermentation bed pig there is expensive, bad quality and other issues, limiting the application of the local promotion. Jiaxing livestock against pollution status, effective resources, reduction action research is extremely urgent, this paper based on organic compost and fermentation bed technology promotion is the limiting factor - the development of localized low-cost microbial , the main research work carried out the following: ⑴ liquid microbial compound of selected strains of local sources as compost, through screening, separation, purification, formulation, mixing processes such as fermentation developed and adapted to local compost fermentation bed pig Liquid microbial compound, and accordingly developed a set of economic, rational and simple production process. The research experiment, now the agents subculture can reach 50 times, greatly reducing agents costs. ⑵ microbial compound used in pig manure composting research in Jiaxing City, Hsinchu composting organic fertilizer cooperatives conducted field tests, this test is divided into winter and summer two batches, the experimental group received a homemade bacteria 50 times the liquid obtained after subculture compound fertilizer, the control group vaccinated with the cooperative long-term use, and the good reputation of the commercial agents, the test results showed that the microbial homemade compost to meet the requirements of commercial agents representing the composting time by 5 ~ 8 d, its fertilizer product low moisture content more suitable for preservation. ⑶ microbial compound fertilizer application and fermented pig research in Jiaxing Fu Hing animal husbandry conducted field trials in winter fermentation bed pig studied inoculated microbial fermentation bed homemade application effect, compared with the ordinary cement floor farming, pig farming, compared with cement floor, fermentation bed pig farming environment improved significantly, ammonia concentrations were significantly lower; pig feed conversion decreased. ⑷ fermented pig litter alternative experimental study animal husbandry enterprises in Jiaxing City, London has been fermented pig litter alternative test, according to the normal control group, the ratio of the litter, the experimental group were 10%, 20%, 30% The rice straw in the normal ratio of sawdust litter replacement sinking speed of the litter, manure decomposition temperature and conditions, results show that partial substitution of rice straw sawdust is feasible replacement ratio of 20% is most appropriate .
