Abstract

Objective: through retrospective clinical study of the anatomical structures of the hip bone by CT three-dimensional reconstruction techniques to observe the dysplasia cases Yi joint structure and comparison with the normal structure of the bones of the joints, to understand the spatial structure of disease hip hip dysplasia change, hip dysplasia treatment, structural precision repair reference data. Subjects and methods: For the past two years in our hospital treated 32 patients with unilateral congenital hip dysplasia in patients with a clinical retrospective study. According to the literature research, design their own measure, will comply with the conditions of patients suffering from hip into the treatment group, healthy hip divided into a control group, by calculating the two sets of acetabular index, the height of the femoral head, femoral neck anteversion of the femoral head volume, which in turn The statistical analysis of the two sets of data using SPSS13.0 explore congenital hip dysplasia and development of the acetabulum and the proximal femur, as well as with the morphological changes of the acetabulum and the proximal femur of age. Results: The study enrolled cases, 32 cases, aged 0-8 years, 0-1 years of which 4 cases, 1-2-year-old 4-year-old, 2-3 years old, 4 cases, 3-4-year-old 4 cases, 4 - 5-year-old four cases, 5-6-year-old four cases ,6-7-year-old, 7-8-year-old four cases; 3 were male, female 29 cases; hips for the right side of the nine cases, the risk of hip and left 23 cases. Found from CT reconstruction image observation, ipsilateral acetabular bone defects of varying degrees, there are nine cases in before the top of the acetabulum, located above the acetabulum in 18 cases, five cases in acetabular above. After comparison of data measurement, the same in patients suffering from hip and Kin hip acetabular index, femoral neck anteversion, the femoral head volume has a significant difference, the femoral head height no significant difference; suffering from hip acetabular index 1-4 years of age with mild decreases ,4-8-year-old acetabular index did not change significantly. Femoral head height age no significant difference in femoral neck anteversion gradually decreases 1-3 years, 4-8 no significant changes in the femoral head volume increases with age, but increased compared with the contralateral amplitude significantly reduced; acetabular index of the contralateral hip, femoral neck anteversion decreases gradually during development, the femoral head height and femoral head volume increased gradually during development, increases. Conclusion 1. Congenital hip dysplasia patients due to loss of normal head and acetabulum, the acetabulum is not the stress of the femoral head and with varying degrees of defect in the femoral head is not slow acetabular external force development, femoral neck inclination angle is too large abnormal biomechanics. 2.0-3 years old suffering from hip acetabular index, femoral neck anteversion, and femoral head volume ability to repair itself significant difference ,3-8-year-old in the developmental period of slow increase with age indicators, the indicators showed no significant difference. In this study, ages contralateral hip acetabular index during development gradually reduced (29.11 to 14.77), femoral neck anteversion gradually decreases (45.96-19.89) is also in the process of the development of the femoral head height and volume age increases.
