Abstract

Dental defects silver amalgam filling is often used in the past, but because of its unsightly color, toxic and other shortcomings have been gradually light-cured composite resin replaced. Nevertheless, the composite resin there are also many deficiencies. Lower mechanical properties, reducing the life of the resin; the residual monomer stimulation could easily cause a sensitive pulp; polymerization volume shrinkage, microleakage significantly, causing food debris, saliva, the invasion of microorganisms and secondary caries, and even lead to sticky Results failed prosthesis off. Therefore, how to make more perfect performance of the composite resin is the research focus of many scholars. Preheating the composite resin can reduce its viscosity to improve the flowability, the mechanical properties of further research is needed, but the the resin monomer conversion rate. The purpose of the experiment: the experimental FiltekTMz350 of Surefil, Solitaire 2, ESTELITEΣ, GRADIA DIRECT BRILLIANT New Line, DENTEX seven composite resin warm-up group room temperature compressive strength of the group, Micro Vickers Hardness monomer conversion and micro- leakage, provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of composite resin preheated. Methods: The experiment was divided into two groups of room temperature (20 ° C), warm (60 ° C). Room temperature group directly using the LED light curing light irradiation 20s; warm-up group resin is heated to 60 ° C in the incubator, leaving clinical filling, carved and shaped the operating time after 60 LED curing light irradiation 20s. Standard test piece was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the various tests. ① Preparation of 5 the compressive strength of test pieces of each material, the thermostat is placed in a 37 ° C distilled water 24h, test via electronic universal testing machine. ② hardness test items are also prepared for each material 5, placed in micro-Vickers hardness tester on the stage 24 hours after the test. (3) seven composite resin curing was spread on the potassium bromide foil, placed in transmission Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy recording its infrared absorption spectrum. Group at room temperature and preheat resin curing crushed and ground made with potassium bromide tablet recording the infrared absorption spectrum. C · · · C through before and after curing the internal standard peak and the relative relationship of the C = C peaks to calculate the monomer conversion rate. (4) collection of 70 extracted teeth were prepared hole in the conditions of room temperature and preheat filling seven composite resin, with a low speed diamond saw teeth along the long axis of the buccal and lingual continuous cut 3 to 4 stereo microscope observation gingival dye penetration and scoring. The results of each set of data using statistical software SPSS17.0 statistical analysis, significant standard of 0.05. Experimental results: (1) FiltekTM Z350, of Surefil, Solitaire 2, ESTELITEΣ BRILLIANT New Line, DENTEX six composite resin warm-up group and at room temperature compressive strength of the group, micro Vickers hardness value was no significant difference (p GT; 0.05). The strength of the of GRADIA DIRECT preheat group, the hardness was significantly higher than room temperature group (p lt; 0.05); (2) In addition to the GRADIA DIRECT, DENTEX other group of five composite resin at room temperature and preheat group monomer conversion was no difference in (p gt; 0.05) GRADIA DIRECT the monomer conversion DENTEX rate is not measured; (3) ESTELITEΣ BRILLIANT New Line the resin group at room temperature and preheating group microleakage no difference. FiltekTM Z350, GRADIA Direct, DENTEX preheated resin microleakage decreased, but no significant difference (p gt; 0.05). Of Surefil Solitaire 2 Preheat microleakage was significantly lower (p lt; 0.05). Experimental results: (1) Preheat Z350 FiltekTM, of Surefil, Solitaire 2, ESTELITEΣ BRILLIANT New Line, DENTEX Six composite resin compressive strength, Vickers hardness monomer conversion had no significant effect, significantly increasing GRADIA DIRECT strength and hardness; (2) Preheat significant improvement of Surefil the Solitaire 2 micro-leakage, mild improvement FiltekTM Z350 GRADIA DIRECT of microleakage of DENTEX, ESTELITEΣ microleakage BRILLIANT New Line had no effect; (3) the degree of influence of the type of resin by preheating type. This study measured the warm-up of seven different composite resin performance, different resins have different sensitivity to warm-up in the clinical application should be based on the value of the warm-up is necessary to consider, in order to get the best clinical effect.
